I changed computer and tried to re-install Creative Suite 2 Premium via my discs but when I tried to activate, the website is no longer used. I tried the phone activation number and that isn't used either. I looked on the Adobe site and was advised to uninstall and download from their site. I did this but when I entered the serial number it said it was wrong.
I checked on My Account and the number is correct.
I tried a live chat but was passed here.
Can anyone help?
