Lost Software

Jan 3, 2014 3:58 PM

I recently purchased Elements 12 and my computer was stolen, when retrieved the all software was wiped clean. Is Adobe able to replace software? The software was on my computer for less than 30 days.

Have you still got the CDs/DVDs (and serial number) for the software?  If so then you can just install it and activate it online because you are allowed two installations for each Adobe software.

That's not a problem.  Install the software in the usual way and then try activating it online.  If it still fails then Open a chat line with Adobe Custometr Service at this link:

Explain to them what has happened and they will help you out.

    Good luck.
