I gotta be missing something pretty obvious here but the text, not headers, are showing up in Latin. For example,plain report:

Heading1
Meditabar aliquid enotabamque, ut, si manus vacuas, plenas tamen ceras reportarem. Non est quod contemnas hoc studendi genus.
Heading2
Ridebis, et licet rideas. Ego ille quem nosti apros et quidem pulcherrimos cepi. Ipse? inquis. Ipse; non tamen ut omnino ab inertia mea et quete discederem. Ad retia sedebam: erat in proximo non venabulum aut lancea, sed stilus et pugilares: meditabar aliquid enotabamque, ut, si manus vacuas, plenas tamen ceras reportarem.
Is there a parm that I should have set/change?

Do you mean that you type English text and it is converted to Latin? I
have no idea what would do that. On the other hand, if you're looking at
a sample template, it is common to place "lorem ipsum" filler text into
body paragraphs as text placeholders. This is garbage text, made up of
random Latin words, used to emulate the appearance of a page with
meaningful text on it:
