    Hi njd.parkin,

Do you see this problem while opening the file in Adobe Reader or any other browser?

Also what is the version of Adobe Reader, you are using at your end?

It could be because you are using Google Chrome plugin not Adobe Reder. Please try this.

    Launch Chrome

In the address bar, type chrome://plugins/

Search for Chrome PDF Viewer and click Disable

Search for Adobe Reader plugin and click Enable.

    Exit and launch Chrome again.

    See this works for you.
