Hi, I was trying to install adobe creative cloud on my Mac Pro. But after I download it, it actually becomes automatically downloading and installing the adobe application manager.

In fact, I follow the instructions, deregister both of the original installed computers and try to install on the third one (Mac Pro). For Ps and Ai, it keeps saying that I am using a trial version but for Id, it is OK.

Please help, I don't know why. Thank you very much.

Hi stevecsp,

If your MAC OSX is 10.6.8 then you will get Adobe Application Manager as Creative Cloud Desktop app is only compatible on 10.7 and above OSX.

Also please try deleting SLStore and SLCache from the below mentioned location and try activating the software again.

Library/Application Support/Adobe

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Abhijit
