I bought a Creative Cloud membership and now would like to cancel my monthly photoshop plan. But I am in a monthly plan. Can i cancel without a penalty fee since I am transferring my membership?
I am not an Adobe employee, but we have seen a lot of people transfer from a pre Bundle deal subscription, to the Bundle deal without problems. If you are able to do that from your Account, then, _if_it_was_me_ I'd be inclined to go ahead and do so. It would so unreasonable to hold people to the pre bundle deal, that I wouldn't think Adobe would want the negative publicity. Especially coming after the huge CC subscription model backlash.
If you want to be totally sure you are OK, then you'll have to bit the bullet and contact Customer Support. I believe the phone lines are a lot less cluttered than they were before Christmas.
