NCommDelegate - Cannot open ncomm pipe

When I first start Eclipse project as described in SDK Getting Started and afterwards start Adobe Drive, I see the following error message in AD4ServerManager log:

2014/01/20 09:53:23,870 [Framework Event Dispatcher] FATAL NCommDelegate - Cannot open ncomm pipe
java.io.IOException: CreateNamedPipeW('\\.\pipe\com.adobe.csi-drive4-sstein') failed <5: Zugriff verweigert>
    at com.adobe.csi.pipes.impl.PipeFactory.doCreateStreamServer(Native Method)
    at com.adobe.csi.pipes.impl.PipeFactory.createStreamServer(PipeFactory.j ava:83)
    at com.adobe.csi.internal.ncomm.PipeConnector.<init>(PipeConnector.java: 67)
    at com.adobe.csi.internal.ncomm.NCommDelegate.frameworkEvent(NCommDelega te.java:189)

    at org.eclipse.osgi.framework.eventmgr.EventManager$EventThread.run(Even tManager.java:330)

"Zugriff verweigert" means "Access denied". As a result, AD4Service gets started, but Drive connect UI is hanging in Startup screen.

What is causing that? I tried on a different Win7 64bit and there it works, so I guess it must be some kind of Windows settings in combination with OSGI framework.

Any pointers?
