How Can I buy Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 in India?

Hi,

I need to buy Flash Builder 4.6, But I am not able to do so.

Whenever I try to buy it, I am transfered to Adobe India Store, in which i cant see Flash Builder 4.6 in the available downloads.

Also I tried contacting the Adobe resellers but they are also not able to provide me with Flash Builder 4.6 License.

Please Help.

Flash Builder 4.7 Premium is available both in the Creative Cloud as well as on the Adobe Store - India. The links with pricing are available on the right hand side in this link:

Creative Cloud is offered at Rs. 2700/month for a one year plan.
