I really hope someone can help with this, i have a uni project due in on tuesday and im trying to add sound effects to buttons in flash.
I have made my button created a layer for the sound within it and put a keyframe in each of the over and hit. When i flick over to the properties to add my sound the only option is 'none'.
Why is this and how can i fix it?
Ive tried downloading sounds and importing them to the library but they won't import.
Ive been using CS6 in the uni mac suite and it seems there is a whole library of sounds already built into flash?
Is this not the case with CC or is it an external package the uni have on their systems.
Thanks in advance,
if you don't have sounds in your library, you can't add sounds to your project unless you load them using actionscript.
click help>common libraries>sounds and drag sounds from that (external library) panel to your library panel. you can then use that sound in your project without loading it.
