After Effects CC installer failed to initialize?

I downloaded the After Effects CC Test Version on Mavericks, but i when i want to install it, it says: installer failed to initialize. I downloaded the

Adobe Support Advisor but it didnt find anything.

i cleaned my existing version of after effects cs6 which didnt open on mavericks, but it still doesnt work
