HELP

Jan 28, 2014 1:34 PM

Illustrator CC keeps giving me this message " Adobe Illustrator has stopped working. Please enable Verdana font(s) and relaunch Illustrator." So I completely enabled then threw the font away. But it still keeps saying the same thing? I need help cause I cannot evan use the program.

The newer versions of AI require the Verdana font (all 4 parts) installed as well as the 2 versions of Tahoma to function properly. Why would you throw the font away?

    Allegra,

Just to make sure, the fonts stated by Larry must be TTF, not OTF.

    Allegra,

Are both font families installed and enabled?

If not, install and enable them, and see what happens (not).

    Hi Allegra,

As Jacob & Larry, had already mentioned that you need to install all the 4 family members of the Verdana font. Moreover you may check that if these fonts are in enabled or disabled state using the "Font Book" application of MAC.

    Hope this helps.

    With Best Regards,

    Raghuveer Singh
