2013 iMac OSX10.9.1 and Photoshop CC, freezes on every start of PS CC.

I have a 2013 iMac with a 3TB Fusion drive, 16GB and RAM and am running 10.9.1.  I just purchased the photography special of Lightroom and Photoshop.  After installing both apps everytime I open Photoshop I get the splash screen, the program window and a few seconds later the beach ball starts and never goes away.  While this is happening nothing works in PS, menus, icons, etc.

Lightroom and Bridge seem to work just fine? I even installed the latest version of Java as suggested elsewhere in the forums?  Still can't seem to figure this out.  Uninstalled and re-installed several times with exact results?

Probably crashing on a 3rd party font or plugin.  Font first choice.

Without a crash report hard to guess.

Then why did you say "crash"?  Crashes and Freezes are very, very different behaviors.

And that looks like you're hung on a Flash Panel or scripting UI, and it is hung waiting for LogiCameraLock (LogiWiFiCamera)..

You may need to remove or update that camera driver.
