frozen files

I made updates to a user manual and now I am unable to open one of the folder links.  It is one of the folders in which I made updates.  When I try to open the folder, the file freezes and all the other files freeze up to.  Other files can be opened, but only if I do not open the problem file first.  I am very new to RoboHelp, did I generate and publish incorrectly?  I am trying to find a way to fix this problem.  Thank you.

    Hi,

     

    The problem only occurs on the one file, correct? A few

    questions/suggestions:

     

       

    • You make a remark about publishing. Does the problem occur in the

        published help, in the project or both?

       

    • Could it be that your published output have ended up in your project

        source? If you see lots of red squares in your topics, this has

        probably happened.

       

    • What happens if you open the culprit topic with Notepad, remove the

        content and save it? Can you open the topic than. (Just remember to

        save the contens under a different name first.)
