Export Crash

Feb 13, 2014 4:28 PM

I posted on the AME forumm as well but no answers.  I have been trying to export media out of premiere but at different times throughout export it restarts my computer. When I sign back in Premiere is still there but AME isn't. This has been going on for more than a week now.  I have gone in and checked preferences like mentioned in other posts and appears that all that is right.  I will in include the log error report from AME but can not find a Premiere report. Just want to know if I'm doing something wrong as this is the first time I have used .MFX files.  Would really love any incite. Just loaded CC on to Mac before starting this project And it is all up to date.

Thanking You

Byron

If I understand correctly, you're hitting three different problems:

    1. Your computer is restarting on its own while encoding. If this is the case, I'd be concerned about something overheating. Encoding can push the CPU and GPU pretty hard, which generates heat.
    2. Encoding is failing.
    3. Premiere Pro is crashing.

    Is that correct?

For future reference, please don't post lengthy logs directly into the thread. The forums do not support attaching a file (due to legal and security issues), so we recommend uploading files using Acrobat.com’s Sendnow (https://sendnow.acrobat.com) or similar services (YouSendit.com, etc.). No big deal. It's just that massive log files make it hard to follow a thread.
