Using profile Adobe RGB(1998) and HP Laser jet Pro M475dw printer, Lightroom 4 I get a subtle green tint but with Microsoft Digital suite 2006 I do not. Is there a fix for Lightroom for this printer or is there somehidden setting that I have not done?
I'll bet it's a setting. You should really have to use Adobe RBG anywhere in your setup. You should just need the profile for the paper you're using. I doubt that a laser printer is going to give you the best prints, though.
I realize best print is not going to happen it is just the color is off and do have them both set to plain paper. Lightroom is not as good as with Microsoft digital suite 2006 with both using Adobe RGB(1998) profile. The Microsoft digital suite is old and would like to just deal with Adobe Lightroom and CS5 by the way has the same greenish tint as Lightroom. It seems it is with Adobe software and maybe there is a driver to fix this or I have some other setting in Adobe that is wrong.
Green tint is a symptom of an unprofiled image sent to printer.
It probably means you have turned off the printer's color management and have not enabled Lightroom's color management. Turn on one or the other. If you end up wiht Magenta or Pink tinted prints that means you are double profiling.
