This is a poor response. The question specifically referred to Outlook 2013, and the link only refers to converting messages to PDF generically, not Outlook 2013. The suggested steps in the link do not answer the question of converting emails in Outlook 2013 to PDF. The option just isn't there - only Text, Outlook, or HTML file types.

What would be a better suggestion is to "print to PDF" and create the file that way. It'll probably be more effective and quicker than trying to "save" the file.
