Can Next Btn be hidden for a Quiz and shown only for Review Quiz?

Can Next Btn be hidden in a Quiz and shown only in the Review Quiz? Apparently it's either visible during the entire Quiz and Review, or not visible at all in either. I'm generating 10 random questions from a pool and don't need both Next and Submit. I could change the name of Submit to Next, but would then lose it during the Quiz Review. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My workaround is to drag Next button under Clear button. Clear button will

disappear during Review.
