I can't install CS 5.5 Production Premium on my new iMac. I no longer have the CD's to reinstall. I downloaded the software using this link from Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-5-product-downloads.html . When I try to put my Serial Number in the error message is that it is not valid for this product. I have checked on my Adobe account and I have all the details previously stated here correct. Please help to resolve this issue. Thank you

the link i suggested lists a number of steps that you should take to confirm you're using the correct number.  if you follow those steps and all fail you are left with a link to adobe support.

did you follow all the steps?

if yes and they all failed, did you contact adobe support?
