Quiz slides resizing within LMS

I'm having an odd problem with the size of quiz slides. Here's what I'm doing:

1. Create a new blank project with dimensions 720x540. (The default was 800x600.)
2. Use the White template. (This was selected by default.)
3. Add content slides. (Content was imported from and external source. Some images had to be resized; otherwise, all content fit on the stage without changes.)
4. Insert a quiz with several least multiple choice and/or true/false slides within the project.
5. Publish the course to SCORM output.
6. Play the within an LMS.

Result: All slides prior to the quiz are the correct size. Slides beginning with the first quiz question slide until the end of the project have been resized, and content is cut off on the edges.

If you play the swf on its own, the sizing remains the same. Is there something happening with the supporting packages to alter the content sizing? I do not see this in any non-Captivate SCORM elearnings.
