Hi,
Is this a cunning ruse to avoid new tickets?
I cannot use the bug base at the moment, it is giving me a rake of errors (including, but not limited to, inifinite redirects when trying to open a specific ticket via URL).
Currently, I can login, but.
1. I cannot search
2. I cannot see my home
3. I cannot view or read open tickets
4. I cannot create tickets
5. I cannot find any useful information whatsoever...
Or, more succinctly, bug base does not work.
Please can you let me know how I can read / submit / review / search tickets?
