That looks like a website requiring access for activity, like chat.

If you aren't using it, you can delete it. In your Global Settings manager, either in the Control Panel or right click Flash content... under Storage or Advanced, click "Delete All..." and clear the cached settings.

Iesnare is a digital footprint left behind when visiting various sites..mainly gambling..worrying though is a number of gambling sites use this so that they can track activity on a users machine. There is plenty on this on the net mate and worth a read for sure

Flash Player respects your browser's incognito or private browsing mode.  While not a panacea, Private Browsing Mode will allow content to save data, but that data will be removed at the end of your private browsing session.  Because HTML5 offers vastly superior methods for storing persistent tracking data, Private Browsing mode is a far superior solution to trying to manage privacy using Flash controls alone.  While those options made sense in the 90's and early 2000's, they're almost anachronistic at this point.
