I have just purchase Adobe Premier elements 12 and completed the installation and everything, and for some reason it will not allow me to open the program?  It keeps saying that the applicatin was unable to start correctly?  I need to know what is going on, because this is a brand new program and it shouldn't act up like this.  So if you could help me out that would be great!

Please share some more details about your computer. Is there a specific error message that you get?

If its a windows, what does event viewer say about the crash?

Try launching the app in safe mode.
