Using Flash version 13.0.0.182 with Windows 7 64 bit and the latest Firefox, I have a problem in sites that use Flash, such as Facebook in particular, that Flash increases its size and and creates two Flash files and slows everything down to a stop.  I have to constantly delete those files and start over to make things actually work.  Is there some setting I have to use to make Flash work without slowing the browser down?  I have a 4 Gb ram, 300 gb hard drive and an Intel Core 13 chip.

Try resetting Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

That usually stops the "plugin container" from doing what you see now.

Thanks for the reply.  Sorry it took so long to answer.  I've tried to reset and then browse but the problem persists.
