embedded video wont play in internet explorer

I am trying to get embedded videos to work in Firefox and Internet explorer and it only works in Firefox when i try to play it in IE it dosent do anything, i press play and nothing. Heres the link to it

    Tried deleting browser history and cache? Ctrl+Refresh?

    There's a problem on that page..

    Try using one of the coding methods outlined here and pasting in a plain
    html page without anything else on it.

    Don't use file/pathnames with spaces, please.

    Your <center> tag is improperly nested - you have:

    <body><center>
    ...
    </body></center>

    Don't use MPG format files unless you are comfortable with some
    browser/platform combinations not playing it.

    It plays for me in IE6.

    I totally agree with Murray. Problem 1: You & your site visitors must have
    the appropriate Plug-Ins installed in your browser(s) to play the various
    media files.

    QT, WinMediaPlayer, Real, etc....

    Curently, Flash is the most widely supported media type b/c it ships with
    most new computers. Use Flash Video and most of your probs will go away.
