Hi There

I have installed the latest Adobe Flash Player as requested by my windows vista system.

However, since then I have been unable to access my online course, and according to skillport my browser compatibility test had revealled that my Adobe Flash Player's "plug-in" was not installed. Is this even possible?

If so how can I fix this issue?

There are two (2) plug-ins for Windows.

Depending on what browser you use, you may have updated one but not the other.

BOTH ActiveX and the plug-in version should be 13.0.0.182.

Make sure it's enabled:  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/885448 and that ActiveX filtering isn't blocking it: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968
