Don't know where else to post feedback on the forums in
general. If this is the wrong place, perhaps some friendly Adobian
can advise, and/or pass on to the appropriate destination?
Below is a copy of a self-explanatory email sent to the
providers of your forum software, followed by their reply.

Subject: Date formats
Comment/feedback/question from a user of Adobe forums...
The web is global, but too many forums (and other websites)
are made confusing to non-North-American users by displaying dates
in American "mm/dd/yy" format. In Europe, Australia, and other
places dates are written in "dd/mm/yy" format.
The rest of us can't tell if 3/9/06 means March 9th or
September 3rd.
In our humble opinion, any company that is either
international or that reaches outside its borders should only use
one of the "international" date formats on the web. (Eg.
yyyy/mm/dd, "05 APR 07", etc.)
We can't tell if this small but very annoying problem is
caused by your software, or by Adobe's use of settings within it.
Perhaps you could advise?
Regards,
[xxx]

Thanks for your comments.
FuseTalk provides options within its forums to display dates
in a number of different formats including international options.
Please send your comments to Adobe and I am sure they could
change this if necessary.
