Can't Run CF7 OSX Installer

I'm having trouble getting the cf_install app from coldfusion-702-osx.zip to run. I downloaded this installer using FireFox, and used The Unarchiver to extract it from the .zip file. Whe I click on cf_install icon, nothing happens. Java is set to 1.4 currently. How can I get this to run successfully?

    By the way, i'm NOT running this on IntelMac. OSX version is 10.4.9.
