ScrollThumb skin states

hi guys,

the example HaloTheme.fla has skin 'over' and 'down' states for the ScrollThumb. however none of the code in mx.controls.scrollClasses.ScrollBar or mx.controls.scrollClasses.ScrollThumb accomidates these skins? Does anyone know how to make a scrollThumb have an 'over' and 'down' effect?
