Can't get in

Cool, first poster here!

I can't get in to Jam Jar, even though I have entered the right Adobe ID and password (I CAN log in to Adobe.com using the same uname and pwd).

If I click cancel, I can get to the interface, but nothing works.

What's up?

    Neither can I! Help... I have a ton of crap up on JamJar...
    Is there anychance of getting JamJar available opensource so I can store it on my own site? THAT would be VERY nice...

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem logging in - I get a login failed message but then I am taken to a blank interface with no functional widgets. I can login to my adobe account elsewhere with no problems. Can anyone help with this?

    It would be good to know if other users were able to retreive their Jamjar documents after this problem?

    Same problem. I try to log in, log-in fails, then seems to work on 2nd attempt, but none of the tools work and I cannot create a new space... I tried cleaning up my log-in info in adobe (new password, etc.), but no good... ????
