The content is not actually downloadable. You will need to
open the page
in IE and dig it out from cache folder. Take note tho, you
won't be able to
view it off line unless you drag it on the browser window.
SWF files require
browser environment to run. Unless of course you download
Macromedia Flash
and install it, the desktop player will come along.

I don't know of any application that support "FLV to Video".
FLV is flash Native
video format and many application allow the export to FLV but
not the other way round.
You could tho import the video flv to flash timeline (embed
within flash file, if you
have the program) and export from flash as AVI. Personally
done that few times.
