Hi there, when I go to upgrade my basic student account (9.99/mo) to the all apps plan (19.99/mo) I don't see an option for the student discount. My only options to upgrade to a plan for $43 a month. How can I get the discount on an upgrade?
Also, if I upgrade do I get the same 14 day period for cancellation as I did for the first purchase?

I had the exact same problem. I just used the chat support and they changed my plan to all apps with the student discount and waived the cancellation fee for my current apps.

Hi rs1712​ I can understand that you may get the same problem but what if you download another app like Engrade Pro for your convince it can easily install and good to use. I personally used it. So try it. Otherwise you should contact adobe
