Captivate 3 Tutorial Audio Non-Functioning

Hi... has anyone else experienced a problem getting the audio to work with the Tutorials and figured out a way to resolve the problem. I figure it's a simple fix, but I'm not seeing it.

    Welcome to our community, greborym5115

    If you are referring to the tutorials you see when you click Help > Getting Started Tutorials, there is no audio in them. So don't sweat trying to figure out how to enable it or turn it on.

    Well who'd have thunk it...yes, those and the ones when you first open Captivate and either Open a Recent Project, Start a New Project, or Getting Started Tutorials listed to the right. Sure seemed like they are light on detail and figured they had audio which would fill in the large questions floating in my head.
