Unable to access plugin - premature eof

I keep getting the following message from flex builder when trying to download the plugin:

Unable to access "http://download.macromedia.com/pub/opensource/cairngorm/plugin/".
Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file.]

Even i am not able to install the plugin..I am getting the same problem mentioned by daniel.

Is the URL not working anymore???

Is the Cairngorm Plugin for Flex Builder on http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cairngorm/Plugin not working anymore?
