Computer with CS3 on it died, How do I reinstall?

My Mac Mini's hard drive had a manufacturing defect and I had to replace it recently. I had my CS3 Standard Suite installed on this hard drive. Now that I have to completely redo it's hard drive, I can't install the Suite again because it's still registered to old, dead hard drive. How do I go about getting it unregistered from the old hard drive and able to be registered to the new one?

Called customer service... "we cannot support CS3 by phone" Any other way to get customer service?
