Grey Box TIFF (not EPS) graphics and FM7

There is an issue with some users getting grey-boxes instead of imported TIFF graphics in FrameMaker 7. Often, these TIFFs were fine in FrameMaker 6 and the system hardware did not change in the interim.

This has nothing to do with EPS files and grey boxes resulting from their preview.

1) Make sure you have enough RAM, hard disk space, latest video drivers, and a good video card--certainly meet the minimum requirement of FrameMaker 7 but consider that Windows XP and associated apps make it prudent to be using 256+ MB RAM and a 32-64MB video card (Sean's numbers, not Adobe's).
