Default Shadow Settings

Is there a way to change my default shadow settings? (CS3 Mac)
When I use the Frame tool to make a box and place an image into it, I would like to have my shadow setting default to specific settings. Currently defaulting to what I am assuming are InDesign presets?

Any help is much appreciated
