Importing Image

I'm trying to import a logo to a form I've just created. Even though the file is quite high in resolution, it is showing up very pixelly and poor quality. I'm new to this so forgive a silly question. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    When you say "I'm trying to import a logo to a form", do you mean that you insert a static image on a form?

    What is the file format for your image (i.e: jpeg,gif...)?

    I find that the software support for .gif files is very poor. Even a black & white .gif image gets rendered very poorly on screen. It prints just fine but the on-screen view is horrible. It does fine rendering colored .jpg files. I have a picture of a nice New Mexico sunset (jpg) the is rendered on screen just fine but a scanned image of a form (gif) is horrible.

    Yes,I want to insert a static image on to a form. It is a logo in a .gif format.
