Printing Chinese Characters

We have a Jetform template compiled for both PDF and HP Laserjet printers. It has both English and Chinese characters on it, and they all show up fine in the designer. The PDF output is perfect. When we print to any printer, everything looks fine except that the Chinese characters do not print (not even garbage characters).

I have tried using different presentment targets but nothing works. Because the same problem occurs through "test presentment", I don't think it is a server setting. Has anyone run into a similar issue, or know what might allow these characters to print?

    There are a couple of things that might be getting in your way.
    In no particular order....

    Your serial number may not allow Asian characters (yes, it's a separate feature, you need Central Pro)

    What is your symbolset setting and what font are you using?
