Error1402. Could not open key

I have tried to download Adobe Reader 8.1.1 for Windows XP,
however near the end of the installation, I get the following
error message, which does not allow me to complete the installation:-

Error1402.Could not open key:
UNKNOWN\AcroExch.XDFDoc\shell\Print\command.

Can anyone please help.

    When downloading adobe, towards the end of installation I get a message stating error 1402 could not complete download anyone know what to do here?
