How would a beginner to Dreamweaver get help from the Forum? Are there written sources that would guide the beginner through the basics of dreamweaver with examples in a practical way?
A beginner to DW would normally start at the following link first:

As far as I know that was what everyone was talking about, was stopping notifications. I've looked and there is no Unsubscribe as such I've looked at all level from adobe forums on down I you go to main page a go in from there your not really subscribing. You have the option of starting or stopping e-mail notifications. If that's what you want. By stopping notifications at all three levels are set to unsubscribe from e-mail notifications and you no longer get any topics you are in effect unsubscribed.
I uninstalled Flash Player 10 from programs thinking I can download it from Adobe but can't. I get that the site is not available or not in service. I'm using Internet Explorer, windows 8, Vista. How can I get this thing downloaded? I also get a pop up when installing that it's not except this from macromedia. I no it's affected is that way it doesn't work?
This forum is for questins on the forums themselves, not for questions on other Adobe products. Try the Flash Player forum at http://forums.adobe.com/community/webplayers/flash_player

Hi, I've noticed that many forum participants have around 500 points and were accredited the Adobe Community Professional credential although there are people that have thousands or even tens of thousands of points and still bear the 'star' forum level. How many points would I need to get in order to become an ACP for I'm an ACE and ACI now? Or better to say, is it possible to get an ACP only through forum participation or there should be some other action involved?

ACP status is not awarded based solely on forum participation. There are
numerous threads with good information on this subject if you search for
them. (Use community expert instead of community professional as it is
the previous name for the program.)
