adobe web photo gallery - flash gallery 2

I'm using the adobe web photo gallery, flash gallery 2 and I want to slow down the time it takes for each photo to fade in. I'm referring to the part that after the image preloader is done and when the image is transitioning from white into the full image. I've gone through the code but to no avail. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!
