Ready boost or NOT TO ready boost..?

Hello all.. Want to get some feedback on Readyboost..

 

I running a Pre7 with Vista System sp1 & 4gb (32bits@3gb), I have a memory stick and wanted to know if its worth using it for readyboost...?

    I do not know anyone doing NLE work, who uses this feature. That does not mean that there is a problem with it, just that no one, that I know of, is doing it.
