The only thing I can give is compassion. I've had this problem for like two months. This error started to occure when I updated AMP to the latest version. It can't load the Terms of Use from the server. Running Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Thanks Last_Words, appreciate your comment--and your compassion!!!.   Have

you had any trouble downloading Media Player 1.8?   I haven't been able to

    do this.

    Cheers Ron Bob

No, downloading and installing went without any problems. The problem for me is when signing in, it tells me; "Our records indicate that you have not accepted the atest version of the Adobe Media Player Terms of Use. Then, a millisecond after a dialogboks appears; We're sorry... Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again in a moment. Moment = Two months??!

Seems like AMP can't connect to the adobe server... But I'm able to view channels and videos, but not on my own account.

This has been happing for some time now.  Sometimes I can login, but when I reopen after closing the program it reports the error and shows that I am not signed in.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?  It appears Adobe doesn't monitor these forums as the problem continues. I uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same error message.  Vista Ultimate SP2, AMP 1.7.  I just downloaded and got 1.7.  Is 1.8 Beta?

    hello brothers and sisters...

It's now months later and I have more updates loaded since the posts pervious to this and STILL the problem persists...

Wouldn't it be great if there was a customer service email address we could mail and Adobe didn't only leave us all to help each other...ahhh...Utopia

Am running CS5 Production Suite (5.02 updates) on Win 7 64

I have the same problem.  Have you, or has anyone, found the reason for the message and the solution to the problem?  I'd appreciate some help.  It is very frustrating.
