I am trying to run the Cap. 4 reviewer. I've had four other people comment in the file and I can open it, but then it freezes every time. I closed all my programs and I'm hard wired and that didn't make it go any faster. Then I moved it off the network to my desktop and that did nothing.
It's only 6,000 KB. Any ideas on what I should do to get this thing moving?

I have seen this with the Adobe Reviewer as well. I am not sure what the reason for this is but apart from uniinstalling the Reviewer AIR app and re-installing it I think that you should report this issue to the Captivate team using the link I have included below.

I did put in an issue for this and then I uninstalled and reinstalled AIR. It worked really well the first time that I went through it, but now, it has completely froze again. I tried to reinstall again, but it doesn't work. I can't open anything in the reviewer at this point.

Hi. I've experienced this too in recent weeks. I think we've acheived better performance through:
1. Changing the Captivate Prefs > Publish Settings to Actionscript 3 (AS3) - we did originally have this set to AS2
2. Making sure that we had the latest Adobe AIR updates applied to the reviewers PC's.
I'm not exactly sure now which of the above actually made the difference but we are having a better experience with this now
