Security envelopes using LC Server

Hi All,

Adobe Acrobat 8.0 supports creation of security envelopes (http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/acrobat/articles/acr8at_secureenv.html).

I wanted to know if we can achieve the same using LC Server?
