Syntax for Resize page and center artwork EPS

Hi,

 

Does anyone know the correct syntax and where to add "Resize page and center artwork EPS file" in name.joboptions file?  I've tried adding "/ResizePagecenterEPSfile true" but it doesn't work.  Couldn't find it any where in Adobe's document.
