Flash Builder 4 and Catalyst workflow: one-way only?

If I initially create an application in FB4 and save the .fxp project file, I am unable to open that file in FC. Does this mean the workflow is only one-way: from designer to developer? In the real world, a project goes back and forth from/to developers and designers.

In the beta, that is correct: FC cannot load an FXP exported from FB. There might be good ways to factor a project into pieces to make sharing components easier.
