Flex screen is interfering with IFRAME

I encountered an issue related to HTML and Flex.
In my application, flex url is embedded in IFRAME tag. So the adobe flash player and IFRAME are interfering each other and mouse scroll of drop down is not working properly.
Whenever i am trying to scroll the drop down, it is closing by itself.
Tab sequence are not working as well.Whenevr tab navigates out of flex screen, it is breaking the sequence action.

When the flex application is stand alone, drop down and tab sequence are working properly.
