Form Events supported by LiveCycle Production Print

Here's some information that didn't make it into the documentation for the latest release (LiveCycle Production Print ES Update 1, aka 8.2, aka Persuasion SP4).
The following XFA events are supported:
- initialize
- calculate
- validate
- indexChange
- formReady
- preprint
- layoutReady
Due to differences in the event model between LiveCycle
Output and Production Print, some scripts that are executed correctly for the formReady or layoutReady events in Output will only work with preprint in Production Print.
I'd be very interested to hear of anyone's experiences with differences in the event model between LCPP and LC Output.
