No scroll bar in Blueprint window for certain queries.

I am using the standalone FB4 and Blueprint 1.3.0 in Windows Vista SP2. If I query "applicationComplete", the Blueprint window shows no scroll bar for the results. This behavior is the same whether the Blueprint window is docked or undocked (view the screenshots below). However, if I query other things, e.g. "httpService", the Blueprint window shows the scroll bar. Interestingly, "applicationComplete" breaks it somehow....or am I missing something?
